It all starts with a conversation. We’ll discuss your goals, preferred timeline, and vision for your backyard. If available, we’ll ask for your lot survey so we can review setbacks, easements, and layout options before scheduling your on-site visit.

Next, we’ll meet at your home to review the space in person. We’ll take measurements, note existing features, and discuss how your pool and outdoor living areas can integrate seamlessly with your home’s layout. This is where your ideas start to take shape—and where our design expertise comes to life.

Our design team transforms your ideas into a detailed 3D rendering that showcases your future pool and outdoor space. You’ll see materials, features, and layout options come together visually. After your design has been approved, we’ll prepare and present a comprehensive bid that outlines all inclusions and options clearly—ensuring full transparency before moving forward.

Once your bid has been reviewed and approved, we’ll prepare your contract for signature. A small engineering deposit allows us to begin stamped engineering and county permitting. We handle the details—so your project moves forward efficiently and stress-free.

With permits approved, construction begins. From excavation to shell, decking, cage, and final start-up, every phase is managed by our licensed team with precision and pride. You’ll receive milestone updates and progress photos along the way, ensuring you always know what’s happening. The final step is our favorite—filling your new pool and welcoming you to the South Peak family.
